We have made every effort to reproduce as accurately as possible the colors of our products displayed on this Site. Furthermore, since each MagicKey Teknik® product is unique and handcrafted, we cannot guarantee that the MagicKey Teknik® you purchase will be identical to those displayed on our website www.SujokAcademy.club. Each stone and material used is unique; therefore, the color and appearance vary between each MagicKey Teknik® unit. However, we guarantee the effectiveness of each MagicKey Teknik® unit with our lifetime warranty; see the lifetime warranty section.
INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Original Health® Distribution LTD. from and against all losses, actions, claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees and court costs to fully compensate us, arising from your use of this Site. This provision shall survive and continue to apply upon termination of this Agreement.

TERMINATION:
These terms and conditions are effective for as long as you or The Original Health® Distribution LTD. terminate them. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue all use of this Site. The Original Health® Distribution LTD. of Canada may also terminate this Agreement at any time and without notice, and consequently deny you access to the Site, if, in the absolute discretion of The Original Health® Distribution LTD., you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. If you or The Original Health® Distribution LTD. terminate this Agreement, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise provided through this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether or not executed according to the terms and conditions of use.

Our goal is customer satisfaction. You can exchange any product within 10 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging with all its contents and you have a copy of your receipt with you. An exchange for another product from the MagicKey Teknik® family will be possible.
Lifetime Guarantee on the Emanation Efficiency of MagicKey Teknik® Instruments:
All our MagicKey Teknik® & Original-Health.net® products are manufactured in a research center specializing in quantum technologies and sciences. They are tested and measured by men and women to offer a seal of certification as well as a lifetime guarantee on their emanation efficiency. By a lifetime guarantee of efficiency, we mean a guarantee that each MagicKey Teknik® device purchased is and will remain charged to emit an optimal vibrational frequency of approximately 15Hz. We offer an exchange on any item that no longer emits an optimal vibrational frequency.
Satisfaction guaranteed with exchange or repair:
If for any reason you receive your MagicKey Teknik® at home and it breaks during shipping, we will exchange the item. To do so, you must contact our customer service center immediately. You have up to 10 days from the date you received your damaged item to return it to us. You will receive a new item only after we receive the damaged item.
If you made a mistake in choosing the size of your pendant, we will return a new item to you after we receive the pendant at our maintenance center. However, shipping for the incorrect item and the new item will be entirely at your expense (at the expense of the MagicKey Teknik® user).
Since we guarantee the emanation effectiveness of MagicKey Teknik® with a lifetime warranty, Original Health® Distribution LTD. cannot accept returns on any MagicKey Teknik® item whose appearance has been subject to normal wear and tear, color changes over time, or any breakage or damage caused by third-party MagicKey Teknik® owners. Furthermore, since all of our products are handcrafted in Original Health® Distribution LTD.’s Quantum Science and Technology Research Center, and each unit uses stones and materials that differ in color, we cannot guarantee that the physical appearance of your particular MagicKey Teknik® model will be identical to the photo displayed on the website www.SujokAcademy.club since each item is unique in itself. Please note that normal cracking is present in MagicKey Teknik® and this is completely normal and does not affect the quality and effectiveness of the product in any way.
